Jewelry Making CLASSES
Register for classes on our On-line Store or through NL-S Community Ed. Or print out and mail a Registration Form (see form below). BASIC BEAD STRINGING: Learn the basic foundations of jewelry making, including different stringing methods. Make a stretch bracelet and a pair of dangle earrings that you can wear home. Cost is $20 per person, which includes supplied materials*. Every 2nd Sat. of the Month 1:30-3:30 pm. Plus some Thurs.eve classes -- more info on online store COLOR DANGLE NECKLACE: Make an attractive multi-dangle necklace while you learn how to make your own decorative headpins. We'll talk about pre-made headpins, plus learn to create several styles of our own. Cost is $26 per person, which includes color choices from supplied materials*. Prerequisite: Level II Beading or comfort with using small hand tools EARRINGS,
EARRINGS, EARRINGS:
This class focuses on making several styles of earrings,
including creating simple drops for earrings, an introduction to
wiring teardrop beads, making links such as those used in chandelier
earrings, and also making two styles of hoop earrings.* Prerequisite:
none, but comfort with small hand tools is a plus. This class is
appropriate for adults as well as children (10 & up). Classes must be paid for in advance, when registering; check payment may be mailed or dropped off, credit card payment can be made in-store, over the phone (320-354-5753), or via PayPal (to Laurel@beadjam.com). Class sizes are limited, so it's best to reserve your space early. Any cancellations must be made at least 3 days before class time or forfeiture of payment is possible.
