Shipping
We believe that
our customers value the fastest, most reliable delivery available at
a reasonable cost. We make every effort to limit our shipping
charges to the actual amount necessary to ship the product to it is destination.
Please note that we ship items only Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays.
Shipping Carrier & Methods
Domestic orders
are routinely shipped via USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail. Most
international orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority or Air Mail,
depending upon the destination and size/weight of the parcel.
There is a handy shipping estimator available in your shopping cart. Just enter your zip code and a shipping estimate will appear.You will then be given an opportunity to choose the
shipping method when you checkout. We calculate shipping charges in
real-time through the USPS web services. Charges are based on the shipping
destination. Generally the closer you are to Minnesota, the less you
pay for shipping.

you have special delivery needs, or require faster service, please contact
us to make the necessary arrangements.
When am I billed?
Your credit
card is billed just before your ships.
Restocking
Fees
We
do not charge restocking fees or other penalties provided the items
are returned to us in new condition. The buyer is responsible for return
shipping charges.
Sales Taxes
Minnesota
residents must add 6.5% to all orders
shipped to addresses within the state.
Orders from outside of Minnesota (to include all international orders)
must include any local taxes that apply.
Return Policy
We will do everything
within our power to insure that you are completely satisfied with your
purchase. In rare cases where a return is warranted, we ask that
you abide by the following policies:
Our customers may
return any product -- unless otherwise stipulated -- for credit, exchange,
or a full refund (less any shipping costs) within 30 days of receipt.
Prior to returning
any product, please contact
us for additional instructions. We want to do the right thing
for you, but we will need to know exactly what the problem is before
we can commit to a specific course of action.
We must reserve
the right to deny return of items which have obviously been
damaged or other products which show evidence of wear, neglect
or abuse.

Custom orders are normally not covered by our return policy unless defective. |
